Mole Mouse Cells

Mole mouse cells even more sensitive to other cells. Cell stops growing soon after they touch. Possible this is a strategy that helps keep it always free of cancer, such as contact inhibition of cancer cells that fail. The researchers found that mole rat cells rely on two proteins of p27Kip1 and p16Ink4a to stop cell growth when they are in contact, whereas human cells rely on p27Kip1. Mole rats are wrinkled, naked, and dental  will not win beauty contests. They can survive up to 20 years and they live in Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia. However, this rodent has the incredible ability that is: Strong against cancer. Mole cells that infect the body, it stops growing before it had time to form tumors. Details of these experiments could one day lead to new strategies for treating cancer in humans.
Cell biologists, Vera Gorbunova, Andrei Seluanov, and colleagues at the University of Rochester have compared mice with variations in size and live up to weasels. Mole rats can live for more than 28 years, seven times longer than the house mouse. It works against cancer rats, whereas most of the laboratory rat to die. Tim Gorbunova see mole rat cells to seek answers. Normal cells in Humans and mice will grow and divide and attack each other in a dense layer, a mechanism known as “contact inhibition.”
