Diets rich in protein and low in carbohydrates: They promise quick results if you eat only meat, bacon, eggs and other foods high in protein, and the lifting or minimizing foods high in carbohydrates such as cereals and derivatives ( rice, pasta, bread), potatoes, legumes, vegetables and fruits.
