- As always, a varied, according to the recommendations of a balanced diet.

- Dining in an orderly manner (first, second and dessert …), in quiet and without interference (television, radio, newspapers, etc..) Respecting the hours overnight and without skipping any.

- It is recommended to chew food well, eat and drink slowly.

- Increase the number of doses per day (4/conoce-algo-mas) to achieve adequate energy intake, since a high fiber diet promotes rapid feeling of fullness.

- Include high-fiber foods gradually. Should not make sudden changes in diet in terms of fiber content, they can create more gas and intestinal pain, even diarrhea. It is wise to introduce a greater amount or frequency of consumption of foods rich in fiber, vegetables, cooked whole or pureed but without passing through Chinese or food mill and salads, fresh fruits, vegetables, cooked according to the guidelines that have been mentioned, whole grains fruits, nuts and dried fruits.

- Drink plenty of fluids (minimum daily 4 or more glasses of water or tea or defatted broth or juices).

- The bloating and flatulence improved using infusions carminative, between meals or after meals.
