The stress is produced naturally as a necessary response of our body to survive. It is currently recognized as a disease because this phenomenon is very often causes certain types of life, which can produce serious health problems.

The result of stress can be high blood pressure, tension headaches, upset stomachs, poor posture and many other conditions that adversely affect our health.
