10 Tips to Lower Cholesterol
To reduce cholesterol, the key is diet and following a diet low in saturated fat is possible. This translates into the following tips:
1. Limit consumption of high fat meats and pates, fatty meats, organ meats, etc. also provide fat and cholesterol. You can take red meats such as pork and beef, provided they are pieces lean (no fat).
